What is our returns policy?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so that we can help: sales@hutchinshandmade.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal goods (such as earrings). Please let us know if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Also, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
In special circumstances we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Any items returned are at expense of the purchaser. If approved, you’ll be refunded using your original payment method. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
